go Bravo in Warsaw seeks a Financial Consultant to establish our first Polish market. You will profile clients, craft debt restructuring plans and drive the sales process from initial contact to closure, while the team trains you in Lisbon.

The role requires native or C2 Polish, English or Spanish at B2, and willingness to relocate for training. It is a full-time position with base pay plus uncapped commission and training coverage in Lisbon.

Qualifikationen

• Polish at native or C2 level required for client conversations in Polish.
• English or Spanish at B2 level or above; training and colleagues operate in these languages.

Aufgaben

• Be the first contact for clients with unmanageable debt and profile their finances.
• Build financial analyses and design debt restructuring plans tailored to each client.
• Present plans clearly and handle objections and close the sale to meet targets.
• Contribute feedback to build the Polish operation effectively.
