Capita in Łódź, Poland, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk (m/f/d) to manage debt collection, payment allocation in SAP, and invoice administration within a multinational finance team.

You'll strengthen cash flow through accurate reconciliations, clear customer communications, and timely reporting, with hybrid work options and benefits designed to support work-life balance. This role requires English fluency, keen attention to detail, and AR/credit control experience.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Outstanding communication and customer-focused skills.
• Strong Excel skills with data handling abilities.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collections or similar finance function advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Debt collection and follow-up on overdue accounts.
• Manage customer debt and payment commitments.
• Escalate aged debt where required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Allocate customer payments accurately in SAP.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and unallocated cash.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Process invoice amendments and prepare manual invoices.
• Produce weekly reports and maintain reporting trackers.
• Resolve invoice and account-related customer queries.
