Job summary

Accenture Poland seeks a debt collections specialist to manage accounts and respond to customer inquiries. The role emphasizes timely email communication, negotiation to settle debts, and collaboration with multiple internal teams.

You will support process compliance and contribute to performance metrics like response and resolution times. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in collections, fluent English and Spanish (B2), and strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Collections or debt recovery.
• Fluent English (B2) and Spanish (B2) required.
• Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect debts and manage accounts in line with post-suspension procedures.
• Proactively engage debtors to resolve and settle accounts.
• Coordinate with Credit, GCS, Cash Ops, Billing and Sales teams.
• Process cases timely, allocate payments, reconcile accounts.
• Handle complex queries, negotiate and build relationships.
• Train new joiners on Collections processes.
• Back up TL and assist team members as needed.
