Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand in Kraków (Hybrid) seeks a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations. Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Deal Desk or related operations (Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Support)
• Experience with Salesforce CRM; CPQ experience preferred
• Experience with Tackle.io and Cloud Marketplaces (Azure, AWS, GCP) preferred
• Strong understanding of sales transaction workflows, pricing approvals, quoting processes, and operational controls
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end review of complex, strategic, non-standard transactions.
• Partner with Sales on deal structuring, packaging, pricing strategies, and negotiation support.
• Evaluate discounts, terms, and financial implications to ensure margin objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews with Legal, Finance, Revenue Recognition, Product, Services, and executives.
• Assess risk with non-standard terms, billing arrangements, and commercial exceptions.
• Provide recommendations and guided approvals for executive exceptions.
• Support revenue recognition and billing feasibility reviews.
• Analyze transactional and pipeline trends to improve forecasting and decision-making.
• Drive process improvements, governance, and best practices to reduce commercial risk.
• Assist with CPQ guidance during peak periods while maintaining deal support focus.
