Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking a Manager, Deal Desk in Kraków for a hybrid role at the Kraków Office. You will lead a team of Senior Analysts supporting Cornerstone's Global Sales organization, guiding quote generation, deal structuring, pricing, and policy adherence.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, drive efficiency, and ensure timely deal approvals while maintaining a strong focus on compliance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a Deal Desk, Revenue Ops, or similar function.
• Previous people management experience.
• Ability to work with urgency and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Deal Desk day-to-day function and assist the Sales org with deal structuring, quoting and pricing, special terms and exception approvals management.
• Foster relationships with direct reports, sales leaders and their teams.
• Develop a feedback loop with Sales and provide ongoing recommendations regarding policy and process improvements.
• Lead a team dedicated to improving the experience for internal Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Collaborate with the Director to improve team engagement and deal cycle times.
• Review Sales-proposed quotes for compliance and provide coaching as needed.
