Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking a Manager, Deal Desk in Krakow for a hybrid role supporting our Global Sales organization. You will lead a team of Senior Analysts, guide quote generation, deal structuring, and pricing, while ensuring compliance with policies and efficient deal cycles.

The role requires strong leadership, 3–5 years in a Deal Desk or related function, and fluency in English. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to standardize processes and enable scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a Deal Desk, Revenue or Sales Operations role.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to work with urgency and manage competing priorities.
• Clear communication in English; strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Deal Desk operations, including quoting, pricing, and policy adherence.
• Coach analysts and provide feedback to Sales on quotes and approvals.
• Lead a team and drive policy standardization and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders to optimize deal cycles.
• Manage ServiceNow ticket queues and analyze trends to improve turnaround times.
• Stay current on product offerings, roadmap, and pricing changes to support deals.
• Escalate issues and ensure timely review of deals in queue.
