Zendesk is hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to join the EMEA Revenue Operations team in Krakow, Poland. You will bridge Sales, Legal, Finance and Revenue Recognition across the Q2C lifecycle to ensure compliant deal structures and sustainable growth.

Requirements include 2+ years in a Deal Desk/Revenue Ops, English fluency, and the ability to work independently with strong stakeholder relationships. Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Zuora is a plus.

Recent Deal Desk experience or similar (Billings/Operations/Salesops).
2+ years in a Deal Desk, Revenue Operations or Commercial Finance Analyst role.
Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
Work independently with high accuracy and accountability.
Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Energetic, results-driven and proactive.
Analytical with contract management experience.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Zuora is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

Serve as trusted adviser to the EMEA Sales Team on deal & finance matters.
Advise on contract options and value propositions to drive closures.
Partner with Sales to train and prepare strategic deals for management review.
Review contracts for compliance with finance audits and revenue rules.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue Recognition and Sales management.
Ensure billing/invoicing reflects contract terms.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
