Job summary

Roche is seeking an Enterprise Architect for Data & AI to lead strategic, cross-domain AI initiatives. You will architect scalable data ecosystems, set governance, and align technology with business strategy across Pharma, Diagnostics, and Group Functions.

You will partner with RDT AI and Data functions to ensure reusable models, data products, and agentic workflows, while guiding the enterprise toward simplified landscapes and value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of applied enterprise/strategic architecture experience.
• Proven leadership in cross-domain architecture contexts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the architectural vision and roadmap for large, cross-domain Data & AI initiatives.
• Act as the connective tissue between business divisions to enable global reuse of AI/data assets.
• Lead architecture governance with reference architectures and automated guardrails.
