You will lead governance for Informatics and guide complex cross-functional initiatives, aligning business needs with technology strategy.

The role emphasizes data-driven transparency, architecture toolchains, and reducing technical debt while enabling faster delivery across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; 7–10+ years of experience providing architectural oversight.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional architectural initiatives and governance.
• Experience defining target architectures aligned with business objectives and technology strategies.

Responsibilities

• Architect North Star for RDT as a Business; define target-state architectures and data models.
• Support Operating Model evolution; drive data-driven portfolio management and AI-enabled delivery.
• Lead architecture governance for Informatics; provide clear guardrails and paved roads for delivery.
