Job summary

624 Cisco International Limited is seeking a Customer Project Manager within Cisco Professional Services in Kraków. You will lead customers and partners through Splunk journey from discovery to implementation of sophisticated solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful delivery.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building with internal and external partners, and experience in commercial negotiations and project management procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with significant related work experience.
• 5+ years delivering enterprise software implementations or professional services to external enterprise customers.
• Experience managing projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and/or Waterfall frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build customer trust through professional leadership, management and reporting of complex projects from kick off to successful delivery and close out.
• Maintain project plans, including P&L, tasks, milestones and resource allocation.
• Implement and maintain detailed project reporting including burn rate, progress, risks and dependencies.
