Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager for Splunk Professional Services in Kraków, Poland. You will lead complex enterprise software implementations for external customers, manage budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications, and align with pre-sales and sales teams.

You will apply Agile or Waterfall, drive RFP/SOW processes, maintain reporting, and promote Cisco Splunk offerings while ensuring security/onboarding requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher plus relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of project/program management delivering enterprise software or professional services.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and/or Waterfall frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise software implementations for external customers.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and governance.
• Drive RFP/SOW processes in partnership with Sales and PS teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and PS stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project reporting and forecasting of bookings and revenue.
• Ensure customer requirements, security/onboarding, and compliance are addressed.
