Job summary

L'Oréal is hiring a Customer Care Specialist in Warsaw. You will manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery process for a portfolio of strategic customers, acting as the primary contact and ensuring an exceptional experience.

The role combines customer service excellence with strong collaboration across logistics and sales teams. You will communicate proactively, handle inquiries, and manage claims, returns, and disputes while maintaining a 360° customer view.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and at least one of Baltic languages (Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for a portfolio of strategic customers and manage end-to-end order-to-delivery processes.
• Handle inbound/outbound communications and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Inform customers about delays, returns, or refunds and collaborate with sales and logistics teams.
