Qualifications

• Hands-on sourcing experience or proven ability to master the craft
• Strong knowledge of search strategies and Boolean logic
• Proven ability to write outreach that elicits responses
• Experience building a candidate pipeline for tough roles
• Experience owning response and progression metrics
• Excellent written English and proactive follow-up
