Job summary

Sii Poland seeks an Atlassian Cloud Consultant to advise and guide clients through Atlassian Cloud deployments, migrations, and integrations. You will act as SPOC, translate business needs into solutions, and ensure delivery quality and scalability.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead migrations from on-prem to Atlassian Cloud, and advise on security, automation, and integration strategies. Polish and English fluency and Poland residence required.

Qualifications

4+ years in Atlassian consulting, with Jira/Confluence migrations.
Experience gathering requirements and translating them into Atlassian solutions.
Experience with migrations from on-prem Jira/Confluence to Atlassian Cloud.
Knowledge of security architecture and IdP integration.
Ability to train and run workshops with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as SPOC for the client in Atlassian solutions.
Gather requirements from the business and translate into Atlassian Cloud solutions.
Design and implement solutions with best practices.
Provide ongoing client communication and support.
Coordinate work with Atlassian teams.
Ensure quality and long-term optimization of deployed solutions.
Plan and coordinate migrations from a business perspective.
