Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an Atlassian Architect to design, deliver, and optimize Atlassian-based solutions for diverse clients in Poland. You will own solution architecture, lead project teams, and drive strategic guidance across Atlassian platform development and integrations.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery with leadership and consulting capabilities, including presales support and client advisory work.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background with Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence) and 5+ years hands-on experience.
• Experience in solution architecture, system integration and process optimization.
• Ability to translate business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in consulting, presales, or client advisory roles is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, scalable Atlassian Cloud solutions that meet client needs and best practices.
• Lead and coordinate project teams as a Technical Lead, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Solve complex technical and architectural challenges within the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on Atlassian platform development, integrations, and process improvements.
• Support presales activities by designing solution architectures and contributing to proposals.
• Participate in marketing and community initiatives, such as webinars and events.
• Improve team processes to boost collaboration and efficiency.
• Mentor team members and support their growth through training and knowledge sharing.
• Analyze client environments and suggest innovative solutions to enhance workflows.
