Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an Atlassian Architect to join our Agile & Atlassian team and lead design, delivery, and optimization of Atlassian‑based solutions. You will drive architecture, mentor engineers, and contribute to presales while ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.

The candidate should have 5+ years hands-on Atlassian Cloud experience, strong leadership and communication skills in English and Polish, and be based in Poland. This is a on‑site role with our Poland offices.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background with Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence) and related products.
• Experience in solution architecture, system integration, and process optimization.
• Ability to translate business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in consulting, presales, or client advisory roles is a strong plus.
• Proactive mindset with ability to work strategically and operationally.
• Very good communication skills in English and Polish.
• Residing in Poland is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, scalable Atlassian Cloud solutions that meet client needs and follow best practices.
• Lead and coordinate project teams as a Technical Lead, ensuring smooth collaboration and on-time delivery.
• Solve complex technical and architectural challenges within the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on Atlassian platform development, integrations, and process improvements.
• Support presales activities by designing solution architectures, contributing to proposals, and recommending the right technologies.
• Participate in marketing and community initiatives, such as webinars, conferences, and industry events.
• Improve team processes (e.g., onboarding, resource planning) to boost collaboration and efficiency.
• Mentor team members and support their growth through training and knowledge sharing.
• Analyze client environments and suggest innovative solutions to enhance their workflows.
