Sii Poland is seeking an Atlassian Architect to join our Agile & Atlassian team. You will design, deliver, and optimize Atlassian Cloud solutions, lead technical teams, and guide clients with architecture and integrations.

The role combines hands-on work with leadership, presales support, and knowledge sharing. Located in Poland, you will collaborate with clients across industries and contribute to webinars and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Atlassian Cloud experience.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, system integration, and process optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, scalable Atlassian Cloud solutions that meet client needs and follow best practices.
• Lead and coordinate project teams as a Technical Lead, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Solve complex architectural challenges within the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on Atlassian platform development, integrations, and process improvements.
• Support presales by designing solution architectures and contributing to proposals.
