Job summary

Sii Poland is looking for an Atlassian Cloud Consultant in Poznań to lead client engagements, analyze requirements, and translate them into scalable cloud solutions. You will act as SPOC, design migrations from Jira/Confluence on-premise to Atlassian Cloud, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality and long-term value.

In this role you will train teams, oversee migrations, optimize automation, and maintain security-focused integration with IdP, Loom, Confluence, and related tools,

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience consulting and advising on the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem, including Jira/Confluence migrations
• Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and document business processes
• Experience in Jira and Confluence on-premise migrations to Atlassian Cloud
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with client-facing experience

Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the client in Atlassian solutions
• Gather requirements and translate them into Atlassian Cloud solutions
• Design and implement solutions following best practices
• Provide ongoing client communication and support, identify gaps, and respond to non-standard situations
• Coordinate with Atlassian team members and manage migration projects
• Ensure quality and optimization of deployed solutions for long-term needs
• Plan and coordinate migration projects from a business perspective
