Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Atlassian Cloud Consultant to support clients in building and optimizing Atlassian environments. You will guide migrations, shape workflows, run workshops, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high‑quality results.

Based in Poland, you will manage cloud configurations, automations, and integrations, while communicating clearly with clients and project teams. The role requires English fluency and a proactive, responsible approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Atlassian Cloud.
• Experience in workshops and trainings.
• Previous work with Jira/Confluence migrations.
• Knowledge of Confluence, Loom, Rovo.
• Experience with Cloud Organization & Guard.
• Understanding of automations and integrations.
• Familiarity with Atlassian subscriptions.
• Problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills.
• Proactive, responsible approach to work.
• Fluency in English.
• Residing in Poland required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting and guidance for Atlassian Cloud.
• Run workshops and training sessions.
• Lead or support Jira/Confluence migration projects.
• Build automations, workflows, and integrations.
• Manage Atlassian Cloud Organization and Atlassian Guard.
• Analyse and solve issues in Atlassian tools.
• Communicate clearly with clients and project teams.
• Take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality results.
