Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an Atlassian Architect to join our Agile & Atlassian team. You will design, deliver, and optimize Atlassian‑based solutions, guiding client projects from concept to deployment and ensuring alignment with best practices.

In this role you will lead technical teams, mentor colleagues, and engage in presales activities. The position requires strong English and Polish, and residence in Poland.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background with at least 5 years of hands-on Atlassian Cloud experience (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Experience in solution architecture, system integration, and process optimization.
• Able to translate business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in consulting or presales is a plus.
• Proactive mindset; able to work strategically and operationally.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, scalable Atlassian Cloud solutions.
• Lead project teams as a Technical Lead to ensure on-time delivery.
• Solve complex architectural challenges within the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Provide strategic guidance on platform development, integrations, and process improvements.
• Support presales with solution architectures and proposals.
• Participate in marketing and community events.
• Improve team processes and mentor members.
• Analyze client environments and propose innovative workflows.
