Job summary

Retailors Poland is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Nike store in Rzeszów, Poland. You will oversee people, operations, and the store environment to meet sales, service, and profitability targets, while managing budgets and district-level strategies.

You will coach and develop a high-performing team, implement effective communication, and drive performance through rewards, recognition, and accountability. This role demands ownership and a proactive leadership style.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably with a global premium brand.
• Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service and sales.
• Ability to lead, motivate, coach and manage a high performing team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to plan, organize, delegate, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of managing a single medium or large volume Nike store.
• Manage people, store operations and environment to achieve sales, service, and profitability goals.
• Manage financial budget including labour costs and expenses.
• Develop strategies to maximize the store’s role within the district.
• Communicate and deliver rewards and recognition for team performance.
• Create succession plans and manage performance and corrective actions.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for your role and team.
