Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in retail or customer-focused environments.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience with premium or quality retail brands.
• Fluent in Polish and English; strong communication and relationship-building.
• Experience with CRM and POS systems, event organization, local partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Drive overall store performance by leading daily operations, achieving sales and profitability targets, monitoring KPIs, and maximizing commercial results.
• Lead, develop, and inspire the team through recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing outstanding service and building strong client relationships.
• Maintain operational excellence through stock management, visual merchandising, policy compliance, and safe store environment.
• Act as a local brand ambassador by building partnerships and expanding the local customer base.
