Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts Krakow is seeking a Restaurant / Food & Beverage Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations, assist with menu planning, and maintain sanitation standards while supporting servers and hosts during peak meal periods.

You will partner with culinary leadership to position the outlet in the local market, drive guest satisfaction, lead staff training, and apply sound financial decisions to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years in F&B or related area.
• Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or related major with 2 years in F&B.
• These qualifications support supervisory responsibilities and menu planning.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily restaurant operations and assists during peak meal periods.
• Manages menu planning, training needs, and sanitation standards.
• Controls purchases and inventory, negotiates supplier terms, and monitors revenue opportunities.
• Supports marketing and guest relations to improve satisfaction and revenue.
