RETAILORS in Warszawa seeks a Head Coach to lead a luxury store, hire, train, and develop a high-performing, customer-centric team passionate about the brand. You drive sales and store metrics while creating a great place to work where contributions are valued and recognized.

You will oversee operations, staffing, and expense management to meet goals, with responsibilities including coaching, scheduling, and ensuring premium service standards. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail leadership role with a focus in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service and people leadership.
• Extensive experience delivering a high level of customer service in a brand retailer.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and retail business systems.

• Oversee store operations and ensure successful daily performance.
• Plan and merchandise execution, and coordinate product launches with KPI alignment.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team with monthly development conversations.
