Due to dynamic growth, we are looking for a candidate for the position of:
Store Manager
Location: Warsaw

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the store team (recruitment, motivation, goal setting, and development)


• Delivering excellent customer service in line with the brand’s high standards


• Preparing sales reports and work plans


• Being accountable for achieving sales targets


• Ensuring proper visual merchandising and product display


• Overseeing the full organization of the store’s daily operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment


• Very good command of English (spoken and written)


• Passion for retail and willingness to grow within the industry long-term


• Strong team management skills, including delegation and task execution


• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet sales KPIs


• Enthusiastic, energetic, and positive attitude
