With 3+ years in multicultural luxury retail, you will recruit, coach, and develop talent, manage store operations, and uphold Swarovski standards while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in multicultural luxury retail.
• Excellent coaching and team development abilities.
• Strong digital and operational know-how.
• Customer-focused with a commercial mindset.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop your store team to hit sales goals.
• Build strong relationships with customers and promote loyalty programs.
• Recruit, onboard and coach talent; ensure succession plans.
• Set and manage individual and team targets; assess performance.
• Oversee store operations: inventory, cash handling, loss prevention, compliance.
• Ensure Swarovski policies and standards are implemented.
