Job summary

InPost Pay, a fintech platform at InPost, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of fintech products. You will align customer, technology, and business perspectives across multiple markets, collaborating with product, engineering, design, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will drive backlog prioritization, user research, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong go-to-market

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, leading multi-team initiatives.
• 3+ years in FinTech, e-commerce, financial services, or related tech fields.
• Proven track record of launching and managing products.
• Strong product management principles and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience in Agile and/or Lean environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in product work with critical judgment

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, goals, roadmap and KPIs with stakeholders.
• Build, manage, and prioritize backlog based on impact and feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers during sprints to clarify requirements.
• Conduct user research and analyze data to validate decisions.
• Coordinate go-to-market activities with marketing and operations.
• Monitor performance and iterate based on feedback and results.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
