InPost Pay is building its own fintech platform from the ground up. It’s a large-scale, international initiative where product managers will have the opportunity to define core fintech products, shape how they work for millions of users, and build solutions designed to operate at InPost’s scale.
We’re building a lean, highly effective product organization in Poland. We’re looking for strong product managers who take full ownership of their products: deeply understand customers and the market, turn complex problems into clear priorities, and work closely with engineering to deliver solutions that operate at scale. We value a builder mindset: testing ideas quickly, learning from what doesn’t work, and moving fast without losing sight of the bigger picture. We welcome both experienced professionals who have built complex platform or fintech products and earlier-career PMs with strong product instincts. AI is a natural part of how we work, and we expect our PMs to use it to move faster and make better decisions
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/n) to take ownership of the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of products or a critical product line. In this role, you will connect customer, technology, and business perspectives. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to establish a shared direction and translate product strategy into measurable outcomes.
