We’re building a lean, highly effective product organization in Poland. We’re looking for strong product managers who take full ownership of their products: deeply understand customers and the market, turn complex problems into clear priorities, and work closely with engineering to deliver solutions that operate at scale. We value a builder mindset: testing ideas quickly, learning from what doesn’t work, and moving fast without losing sight of the bigger picture. We welcome both experienced professionals who have built complex platform or fintech products and earlier-career PMs with strong product instincts. AI is a natural part of how we work, and we expect our PMs to use it to move faster and make better decisions
