Job summary

InPost Pay is building its own fintech platform from the ground up in Poland. We seek a Senior Product Manager to own vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of fintech products and to drive impact at scale.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations to translate strategy into measurable outcomes, conduct user research, analyze data, and lead cross-functional teams across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Manager leading multi-team initiatives.
• 3+ years in FinTech/e-commerce/financial services or related tech field.
• Proven track record of launching and managing products.
• Strong understanding of PM principles and methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Lean environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGTP) in product work such as research, analysis, or prototyping, with the judgment to critically evaluate their outputs.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, goals, roadmap and KPIs with stakeholders.
• Build, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers during sprints to clarify requirements and ensure alignment.
• Conduct user research and analyze data to validate product decisions.
• Coordinate go-to-market activities with marketing, operations, and support teams.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and measurable results.
• Facilitate strong cross-functional communication and alignment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
