Job summary

InPost Pay is building its own fintech platform from the ground up, a large-scale, international initiative where product managers shape core fintech products for millions of users and operate at InPost’s scale.

We seek Senior Product Manager (m/f/n) to own vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of fintech products across markets, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in FinTech, e-commerce, finance, or tech-driven industries.
• Proven track record of launching and managing products.
• Strong understanding of PM principles and methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience in Agile/Lean environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in product work, with critical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, goals, roadmap, and KPIs with stakeholders.
• Build and prioritize the product backlog by business impact and feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers during sprints to clarify requirements.
• Conduct user research and analyze data to validate decisions.
• Coordinate go-to-market activities with marketing, operations, and support teams.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and measurable results.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and ensure regulatory compliance.
