Job summary

InPost is seeking a Product Manager to lead end-to-end product development, translating customer and market needs into a clear vision and actionable backlog. The role links business, technology, and stakeholders to deliver measurable value and align with strategy.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to maintain the product backlog and deliver high-quality requirements. A strong background in both business and technical domains is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree.
• Strong grounding in both business and technical domains.
• Understanding of market and customer needs in e-commerce.
• Experience with market and competitor analysis.
• Ability to define business value and backlog priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile approaches (Agile, Scrum).
• Track record in managing the product lifecycle and delivering business value.
• English – min C1.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and translate them into actionable backlog items.
• Develop and maintain the product vision aligned with strategy.
• Coordinate with IT solution providers, including scoping, monitoring, and accepting development work.
• Maintain cooperation with internal and external business partners.
• Develop and update the product knowledge base through ongoing market and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with teams within the Digital & Strategy Office, Technology, and other areas.
• Maintain the product backlog: creating and updating it, setting priorities.
• Engage with stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Prepare and clarify functional and non-functional requirements.
