Job summary

Hyperexponential, a Warsaw/London based AI-powered pricing platform, is hiring a Staff Product Engineer to shape technical direction, own architecture, and contribute hands-on where risk is highest. The role spans teams across Poland and the UK and requires influence beyond a single group.

You’ll operate in an AI-native environment, helping define standards and evolving a multi-product platform for insurance pricing and underwriting. Equity and flexible contracts are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading architecture in ambiguous domains.
• Proven ability to define technical direction and set standards across pods.
• Ability to influence across distributed teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Establish engineering standards across Model Authoring pods.
• Set and own technical direction for shared enablers and model representation.
• Define interfaces between Model Authoring and other business parts.
• Work hands-on on the riskiest problems in the stream.
• Shape how we work in an AI-native way and determine what to hand to agents.
