Zusammenfassung

Recruitee is seeking a backend-heavy product engineer who can turn fuzzy AI ideas into interfaces people trust and use. You’ll own problems end to end: shaping, building, shipping, and verifying impact across the Tellent suite.

First 3 months you’ll get up to speed with Elixir and AI stack, collaborating with teammates. After 6 months you’ll own features and discuss scalability, reliability, and maintenance with the team. Fluency in English is required; Polish is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Senior-level backend engineer with shipped Elixir experience or strong backend background.
• Experience with AI features and LLMs is a plus.
• Fluent English; Polish language is a plus.
• Ability to own features end to end and mentor teammates.
• Willingness to learn Elixir if not proficient yet.

Aufgaben

• Own features end to end from idea to delivery.
• Collaborate with Backend/Frontend, Design, QA and DevOps.
• Ship AI-powered features for real users in mature products.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability and test coverage.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and discussions.
