Qualifications

• Experience in AI-native environments and using AI/agentic tools in engineering workflows.
• Understanding users, pain points, and how decisions map to commercial outcomes.
• Ability to set direction in ambiguity with real architectural ownership.
• Led a significant technical challenge or service end to end with clear trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Establish engineering standards across Model Authoring pods and ensure adherence in code reviews.
• Define technical direction for shared enablers: model representation, registry, secure context access.
• Define interfaces between Model Authoring and other business parts; align dependencies across teams.
• Contribute hands-on to the riskiest parts of the codebase and the most critical paths.
• Shape how we work in an AI-native way and what stays human vs. automated.
• Mentor engineers and drive technical growth across distributed teams Warsaw/London.
