Job summary

InPost, a leading parcel locker and logistics company in Poland, seeks a senior Platform Engineering leader to define and drive the long-term platform roadmap. You will connect Platform Delivery, CloudOps, DevOps, SRE, Developer Experience, and AI Foundations into a cohesive internal platform product.

Strong background in Platform Engineering at scale.
Experience building internal developer platforms and self-service ecosystems.
Ability to influence technical decisions across multiple teams without formal authority.
Mentoring senior technical talent and raising engineering standards.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the long-term Platform Engineering roadmap.
Make strategic architectural and technology decisions across the platform domain.
Establish engineering standards, cloud-native practices, and quality benchmarks.
Lead the adoption of a platform-centric operating model and self-service capabilities.
Provide technical leadership for the migration from on-premise infrastructure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Shape the technical foundations for scalable and secure AI adoption.
Partner with Staff Engineers, engineering leaders, and cross-domain stakeholders to deliver a unified platform vision.
