Senior Data Product Lead - FinTech & AI-First Platform

Job summary

InPost Pay is building its own fintech platform from the ground up, and you will own the data products that drive all credit and payments decisions across BNPL and acquiring. You’ll shape the roadmap and partner with Data Engineering and ML teams to deliver impactful data services.

You’ll lead with an AI-first mindset, define specs, manage stakeholders, and guide up to 3 Data Consultants. Hybrid work in Kraków or Warsaw under a B2B contract.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for data products or data platforms.
• Experience in fintech, credit, lending or payments (3+ years).
• Fluent in English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for feature stores, decisioning and underwriting datasets.
• Translate needs into data-product specs for Data Engineering and ML teams.
• Partner with platform leaders to align roadmap with capacity.
• Lead up to 3 Data Consultants and manage capacity.
• Define success metrics and report progress.
