Job summary

Core Laboratories Inc. in Poland seeks an SSC Supervisor to oversee day-to-day Shared Service Centre operations, focusing on invoicing support, accuracy, and timely delivery across multiple locations.

The role combines leadership with hands-on process oversight to meet quality and compliance standards. You will lead, coach, and develop the SSC team, monitor KPIs and SLAs, ensure SOP compliance, and drive continuous improvement while supporting system implementations and cross-functional

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in SSC/finance ops or similar service delivery environment.
Experience coordinating processes, managing priorities, and supporting performance.
Equivalent relevant professional experience considered.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee daily SSC operations to ensure workload balance and timely service.
Lead, coach, and support SSC team members with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Monitor KPIs, service levels, and backlogs; address delays or bottlenecks and escalate as needed.
Ensure SOP compliance, internal controls, and reporting requirements; drive corrective actions.
Act as primary operational liaison with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Commercial).
Support onboarding and development of SSC staff and assist with transitions and migrations of invoicing processes.
