Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a globally recognized consumer-focused organization to build a new finance SSC in Wroclaw. The role leads end-to-end Procure-to-Pay, overseeing processes from vendor data to payment operations and compliance.

You will design scalable operating models, govern standards, and drive automation while mentoring a high-performing PTP team across markets. This is a hybrid role in the center of Wroclaw.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end P2P process design and governance.
• Experience leading P2P/Finance Shared Services in international settings.
• Proven track record in driving standardization and automation.
• Strong controls, compliance, and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process landscape across the SSC.
• Design and implement scalable operating models, controls, and governance standards.
• Lead the development of the PTP function supporting multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Oversee key process areas including Vendor Master Data, Invoice Processing, Accounts Payable, Expense Management, and Payment Operations.
• Define and monitor service delivery metrics, KPIs, and compliance standards.
• Drive process harmonization and promote best practices across markets and business units.
• Lead automation and process simplification initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams within the PTP organization.
• Support future transitions and migrations into the SSC environment.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Compliance, Tax, and Internal Control teams.
• Ensure strong internal control frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Act as a key contributor to broader finance transformation and ERP initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong experience within Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Procurement Operations, or Finance Shared Services.
• Previous experience as a Process Owner, Tower Lead, Operations Manager, or Transformation Leader.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience in international organizations.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end PTP process design and governance.
• Experience supporting SSC, GBS, migration, or transformation programs.
• Knowledge of controls, compliance, and risk management practices.
• Strong track record of driving standardization and automation initiatives.
• Experience establishing KPIs, SLAs, and performance governance frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• ERP expertise and affinity for technology-enabled process improvements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent English.
