Job summary

Core Laboratories in Poland is seeking an SSC Supervisor to oversee day-to-day Shared Service Centre operations, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely support across multiple sites. The role combines hands-on oversight with leadership, driving continuous improvement and adherence to standards.

You will coach the SSC team, manage KPIs and SLAs, and support the rollout of new financial modules and system changes, while maintaining strong internal controls and cross-functional collaboration with

Qualifications

Experience coordinating or supervising teams in a transactional or shared services environment.
Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, SOPs, internal controls, and escalation processes.
Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis.
Excellent written and verbal English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee daily SSC operations, ensuring workload is distributed and service commitments are met.
Lead, supervise, coach, and support SSC team members to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
Monitor workflows, service levels, and performance to ensure timely, accurate delivery and mitigate delays.
