Job summary

Core Laboratories in Poland is seeking an SSC Supervisor to oversee day-to-day invoicing operations across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while driving continuous improvement.

You will lead the SSC team, coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Commercial units, monitor KPIs, and support the rollout of new systems and processes to scale the SSC as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field preferred.
• Equivalent professional experience in SSC/finance operations will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily SSC operations and ensure workload is distributed and priorities defined.
• Lead, supervise and coach SSC team to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels, and escalate delays or bottlenecks to maintain timelines.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal controls, and company policies.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of SSC staff.
