Job summary

Fresenius Kabi Polska invites an experienced finance leader to join our Wrocław Shared Service Center. You will head the Order-to-Cash organization, guiding 40–60 professionals, building high-performing teams, and aligning with European markets to ensure accurate cash flow and compliant processes.

The role requires a university degree in finance, 5–7+ years of leadership in SSC environments, and deep knowledge of O2C, SAP FI/SD, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent qualification.
• 5–7+ years in Finance & Accounting with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Solid experience with O2C: cash, credit, billing, disputes.
• Experience leading large teams and leaders in SSC.
• SAP FI/SD and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an Order-to-Cash (O2C) organization of 40–60 employees.
• Build high-performing teams with staffing, skills and succession planning.
• Coach Team Leaders, set objectives, monitor performance.
• Ensure efficient O2C processes: cash application, credit & collection, billing, disputes.
• Define targets, KPIs and service quality standards.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Monitor risks and address inefficiencies.
• Ensure timely, accurate monthly reporting and compliance with tax requirements.
• Act as primary contact for auditors.
• Build relationships with Fresenius Kabi entities and stakeholders.
• Oversee process documentation and SLAs.
• Collaborate with local finance teams on month-end close.
• Participate in SSC and global finance transformation projects.
