Job summary

Belvedere in Warsaw seeks a Software Engineering & SRE Lead to drive design, development and operational excellence of enterprise platforms. You will blend software engineering with SRE practices to deliver reliable, scalable cloud solutions in a hybrid environment.

You will mentor teams, shape SDLC processes, build automated testing and CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to incident management and post-incident reviews to improve system performance.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in software engineering and SRE roles.
• Strong AWS and Google Cloud experience.
• Proven DevOps, CI/CD and automation testing expertise.
• Hands-on Terraform and infrastructure as code skills.
• Excellent incident management and observability capability.

Responsibilities
