INFOLET SP. Z O.O. is seeking a technically seasoned leader to drive engineering transformation and reliability across multiple teams in Kraków.

You will identify improvement opportunities using telemetry, promote automation, and raise developer productivity while aligning with Product Owners and Architects. The role requires a strong software engineering background, experience with SRE and Agile delivery, and fluent English and Polish.

Responsibilities

Identify engineering improvement opportunities using operational metrics and telemetry.
Drive initiatives focused on reliability, automation, and developer productivity.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to prioritize improvements.
Define engineering standards and best practices.
Improve engineering processes and delivery workflows.
Build dashboards and KPIs to measure engineering performance.
Coach engineering teams and promote continuous improvement.
