Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks a Senior Software Quality & SRE Lead for a globally recognized financial enterprise. You will drive end-to-end reliability, testing automation, and operational excellence of new security solutions.

In this leadership role, leverage SRE practices to ensure platform resilience, scalable performance, and secure production operations across a global banking ecosystem. You will mentor teams across infrastructure and security to deliver robust software releases.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise application development, and platform reliability.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing advanced test automation frameworks and strategies.
Proven track record in Site Reliability Engineering, production operations, and system performance.
Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and observability/monitoring tools.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to mentor teams across infrastructure and security.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks to improve quality and release velocity.
Apply SRE principles to establish SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets; enhance observability.
Drive end-to-end SDLC processes from requirements to deployment and production support.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting automation and seamless delivery.
Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews to improve resiliency.
