Hozah is a tech-led, award-winning company transforming parking and urban mobility. We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own the platform and reliability practice, ensuring uptime, safe releases and cost efficiency as we scale.

You will manage GKE, Kubernetes, Postgres, Temporal and CI/CD workflows, with on-call duties and a focus on observability. This is a fast-moving SME role reporting to the CTO, with remote UK options.

Qualifications

• Own production reliability for a Kubernetes-based platform.
• Maintain infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines and safe release practices.
• Reduce cloud spend with measurable results.
• Set up on-call and incident response processes in a small team.
• Build observability and SLOs that drive meaningful fixes.
• Collaborate with product engineers to design for reliability.

Responsabilités

• Own production platform: GKE, Kubernetes, Postgres, Temporal and environments.
• Own uptime and reliability with defined service level objectives.
• Own on-call: rota, runbooks and postmortems.
• Own observability across monitoring, logging and tracing.
• Own infrastructure as code with Terraform and CI/CD.
• Own Semaphore CI/CD pipelines and safe release practices.
• Own cloud cost management as volume grows.
• Work with product engineers to design for reliability.
