AgileEngine is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer & SRE to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds. You will automate tooling, manage incidents, onboard new clients, and build diagnostic solutions to cut manual effort while ensuring platform reliability.
The role emphasizes observability, proactive capacity management, and ongoing upgrades, with flextime and a hybrid work setup to support a dynamic team working with Fortune 500 and startup clients.
Competenze
- Hands-on Kubernetes in production (4+ years).
- Strong Linux and command line fundamentals.
- Confident debugging of complex systems from app to infra.
- Experience with public cloud providers, preferably Azure or AWS.
Mansioni
- Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private clouds.
- Work with observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts with up-to-date runbooks.
- Manage incidents end-to-end, including RCAs and post-incident reviews.
- Onboard and support new clients onto the platform.
- Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort and improve performance.
- Identify and deliver process improvements.
- Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components up to date.
- Proactively manage capacity to scale the platform with demand.
