Link Group is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen reliability across the technology organization and to support the stability of business-critical trading and production systems.

The role combines hands-on engineering with automation, observability, Kubernetes, cloud and on‑premises environments. You will collaborate with DevOps, Cloud and development teams to improve resilience and deployment reliability across a complex technology landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or a similar role.
• Experience with complex distributed production systems.
• Strong knowledge of observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
• Ability to automate tasks with Python/Bash/Go or similar.

Responsabilités

• Help define and promote SRE practices, standards, and operating principles across engineering teams.
• Improve reliability, scalability, and performance of production systems and trading-related platforms.
• Build and enhance monitoring, logging, tracing, and observability solutions.
• Work with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, and OpenTelemetry.
• Review reliability requirements within Kubernetes environments.
• Support configuration for performance, cost, resilience, and stability.
• Create automation and internal tools to simplify deployments, health checks, recovery, and routine tasks.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve fault tolerance and production readiness.
• Support implementation of SRE practices such as SLOs, incident reviews, and blameless post-mortems.
• Participate in an on-call rotation shared across the team.
