AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds. You will focus on automation, tooling, and incident management to keep services reliable at scale.

The role requires hands-on production Kubernetes experience, strong Linux skills, and the ability to diagnose complex systems from application to infrastructure. Remote-friendly with flextime and office options.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production
• Strong Linux and command line fundamentals
• Experience with a public cloud provider (Azure or AWS)
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex systems from application to infrastructure
• Familiarity with observability tooling and scripting is a plus (Grafana/Prometheus/Loki/Tempo); CI/CD and IaC (Helm, Terraform) appreciated

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private cloud environments
• Work with observability tooling to ensure alerts are actionable through up-to-date runbooks and documentation
• Manage incidents end-to-end, including incident response and post-incident reviews
• Onboard and support new clients onto the platform
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort and improve performance
• Identify and deliver process improvements across the platform
• Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components up to date
• Proactively manage capacity to scale with demand
