Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Associate in F&A with emphasis on Record To Report to support monthly close, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and corporate reporting from a remote Poland location.

The role involves assisting internal and external audits, ensuring SOX compliance, and driving process improvements across the R2R cycle. The candidate should have strong English language skills, a background in accounting/finance education, and experience with reconciliations and ledger management
